Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Subscription orders for scheduled deliveries are processed according to your chosen cycle.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Due to the weight of cat litter, shipping costs can be significant.

  • Standard Shipping (4-8 business days): Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.

  • Subscription Benefit: Subscription orders may qualify for reduced or free shipping.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally due to carrier restrictions on certain pet products.

5. Delivery of Heavy Items (Cat Litter)
Carriers will deliver to your doorstep. They are not required to bring packages inside your home. Please consider this when ordering heavy items.
