Return & Exchange Policy
The health and safety of pets and their owners is our top priority. Please review our policy carefully, as it addresses hygiene and safety concerns for pet products.
1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions
Due to strict hygiene and safety standards:

Unopened, Untouched Items: Unopened bags of Cat Litter, Pet Houses in original packaging, and Pet Toys with tags intact may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or Used Items: For the health and safety of all pets and customers, we cannot accept returns on any opened bag of cat litter, used pet house, or used pet toy. This is non-negotiable.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

Any opened or used product.

Customized or personalized items (e.g., pet houses with names).

Items purchased as part of a subscription that have been delivered.

Clearance or "final sale" items.
3. The Return Process (For Eligible Unopened Items)

Contact for Authorization: Contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship Items Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be in its original, sealed manufacturer's packaging.

Refund/Exchange: After receipt and verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

For damaged packaging (e.g., torn litter bag), contact us within 48 hours with photos.

For defective products (e.g., pet house with broken part, toy with safety hazard), contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
